Advantage Services

Arbor Lakes Commons offers on-site resources provided by CommonBond Communities. Services are provided by an Advantage Services Coordinator that is scheduled on-site for several hours each week.

The Advantage Services team is committed to quality, dignified housing for residents of all ages, and supports residents in strengthening the communities within and around our buildings. Individual services and on-site programs are available to all residents that provide support in reaching your personal goals. We value education, stability, and vibrant community engagement opportunities, and seek to provide a supportive environment for all residents to define and achieve their own success.
